Annie’s father then met her mother and they had Annie and adopted a son. Naomi’s mother met Naomi’s father and had Naomi. Years later, the "son" came along bringing the storyline full circle. So, in a way, they could be related by the lost son, but most just see them as friends.

In the last episode, she gives birth to 2 babies, the first owner’s take one baby (the doctor who did the abortions & built the fraken baby-his wife), The Constance takes the other baby, who is her grandchild, it is Tate’s child. At the end, the mother dies and the father wants to take his own life, but winds up getting hanged. In the ending scene the 3 of them are decorating the tree, the mom has her bio baby and they are happy yet all dead. Sorry, this might sounds confusing but I am drawing a blank on all their names!!! I hope it still helped. This was an awesome show. But the second season will be at a different location with new characters. Some of the actors might come back, but will play different people.
