For once, I’m on the Newmans’ side. They should keep Faith away from Sharon. In fact, that little girl would’ve been better off with Ashley as her mother. Ashley may be nutty as a Snicker’s bar but at least she acknowledges it and has gotten help. Sharon continues to be a trifling mess ruining one child’s life after another. Look at Noah and how embarrassed and disgusted he is. He won’t even live in the same state with her.
And I don’t care what anybody says, Phyllis kicks a$$ and always will.

I guess they think they have a successful formula and so they’re going to keep rotating it as long as possible.
The show has been virtually the same for about 30 years now. There is hardly any difference, nothing changes.
For years they relied on the Brooke, Taylor and Ridge triangle. Those actors are getting a bit old for it now – 50 year olds acting like teenagers – so they’re repeating the same story lines with younger actors for a new generation of viewers.

It has Justin Timberlake as a pyromaniac kid in a restaurant. His sister played by Amy Poehler, I think, takes him as a third wheel. Justin’s character sets his napkin on fire and says, "Waiter, I need a new napkin. This one’s on fire." Then he does the same thing with his menu and something else. Denise has been subtly bigging herself up. Like the twins but a bit more subconsciously.
She hasn’t lied, just "allowed" them to believe that she’s bigger than she is. For the ego trip.
Celebrity name dropping left right and centre. Although Joe Pasquale is beyond laughable. And the rest were too insignificant to remember.

Talk show hosts are like superstars in the US. You mentioned Oprah. Along with Letterman, Leno, etc. It’s been tried here with Jonathon Ross since Jonathon Ross began back in the 80′s. He’s always based his style and show on the big American ones. His latest ITV show even looks like Jay Leno’s set.
But talk shows, or chat shows to give them their real British title, just aren’t held in the same regard here.
And Loose Women is middle to bottom of the pile of them over here.
I’d love to be a fly on the wall when Madsen finds out the reality. Perhaps he’ll go back to his management and suggest that they have to promote movies he’s working on through this top British talk show Loose Women. Not realising that it’s just 4 washed up old bags who were once slightly famous whinging about men with the odd guest coming on to talk about how they had a dreadful holiday etc.
Loose Women is just the TV equivalent of Take a Break magazine.
I found it most amusing when the twins said something like, "She must have all her fans coming down", when referring to the live audience reactions.
I’m sorry, but I can’t imagine many pensioners, stay-at-home mums and habitual pot smokers making up a significant portion of the eviction audience.
Question: Name This Sci-Fi Cop Show?
I’m trying to remember the name of a show I used to watch when I was younger. I think it was broadcast (in the UK at least) in the late 90s, or possibly early in the new millenium.
It was a cop show set in the future that followed the personal and professional lives of two police officers. One of them had blonde hair, the other had dark brown and I seem to remember that he used to remind me of Emilio Estevez in the Young Guns films.
They were aided by a white robot which looked similar to the one from the film Short Circuits, but more the size of R2-D2 from Star Wars. And I think that the handguns they used were similar in appearance to either the blasters from the Star Wars franchise, or the gun used by Deckard in Blade Runner.
Anybody remember the name of this show? I’ve searched tons of top sci-fi show lists and can’t seem to find it.

Question: Can fuel Really Explode?
so me and 3 of my other friends (who are my flatmates) watched this movie (James Bond i think) and this sene comes up with a car falling off a cliff and exploding instantly i said FAKE. but my friends says are you stupid cars can explode. then i said no they cant what is in a car that can explode. then they say the Fuel.
then i told them what it in fuel that is explosive it just says flammable (and i’m pertty sure flammable doesnt mean explosive and if it did hair spray is flammable so that means people can just make them into bombs)
later on another sene comes up with some guy shooting at a car and explodes, again i say FAKE
they give me the same answer that its possable for it to explode
then i say its not
the next day i watched TV and this show called mythbuster and they did a test about can fuel/cars explode they did it and the answer was no
so i recorded and showed my friends
they still think it can happen
so am i right or am i wrong?

You are right .I think that it can’t explode but , the process of combustion takes place in it. ( Combustion is the process that takes place between petrol and the engines moving along to provide energy ). So that your friends may think that it explodes but in fact , it was providing energy .
